Mark Smith & “Nelson”

Mark Smith and his Springer Spaniel Ben qualified in the summer of 2009. The team reinforces Cornwall Fire & Rescue Services Fire Investigation department and operates throughout the county and beyond to neighboring Fire Authorities.
